When serving as your Birthkeeper, my goal is to provide you with truly holistic support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.

Birth Photography

Let me capture you in your most powerful feminine moments, and deliver you a gallery of images that will remind you of your strength and that will be treasured for generations to come.

All of my birthkeeper packages include photography at no extra charge, but I also offer it as a stand alone service. 

Birth Alchemy

My signature holistic birth prep program in which you embark on a journey of self-discovery to uncover your fears, blocks, strengths, vulnerabilities, personal and inherited traumas, and anything else standing in the way of your ability to trust yourself, to surrender to the process, and to tap into your own power and sense of authority. 

Available as a private one-on-one mentorship or a self led course.

Apprenticeship

Do you want to become a sovereign doula or birthkeeper? Do you wish to answer to no certifying body and forge your path through radical responsibility, personal authority, self-exploration, and experience? My virtual apprenticeship will prepare you to serve the women of your community AND will provide you with the tools you need to create a sustainable, successful business.

Hey friends, I’m Kate!
I am a holistic birthkeeper, professional birth photographer, and massage therapist serving families in San Antonio TX + the Central Texas Hill Country… but above all, I am a mother myself. I have three young boys, two of whom were born at home. My first birth experience was the catalyst for becoming the person I am today. After I birthed my first son, I knew I wanted to be a birth worker. I knew I wanted to walk with women along their journey to motherhood. I truly believe your birth experience impacts you for the rest of your life. All of mine have!

I have now attended over 150 births, and what I have learned is that the birth process works best when it is completely undisturbed. As your birthkeeper, I am here to encourage you to trust your intuition, to support YOUR autonomy and authority, to help facilitate inner growth throughout this rite of passage, and to witness you step into your innate feminine power. As your birth photographer, I work to deliver a gallery of images that captures your raw beauty and intrinsic strength as you bring your child into this world. I love my job, and I take it seriously because I know just how powerfully transformational this experience is.
